This might start to feel more difficult as the evenings get darker but there is plenty for you to do inside that will support your wellbeing. Head space is a great app for this that you can download onto your phone to give you some space at the start of the end of the day. Tommo Reads is LIVE!

TOMMO READS! So many of you have already got involved with Tommo Reads through finding it in the student area. If you want to find them there, you just sign in with RM Unify, click on the tab that says 'Student Area', click 'Documents' then find the 'Tommo Reads' folder. The first couple of videos are also below for your to enjoy. Each chapter is read by a different member of staff, and they are usually uploaded in the evening on a Tuesday and a Thursday. There's nothing better than snuggling up with a hot chocolate and listening to a good story and leaving all your cares behind. We would love to hear what you think about the story so far!
